Manufacturing Assembler

Adecco Staffing is working with a company a manufacturing company in Easton, MA. We are hiring a manufacturing technician on 1st shift. This is a temp to hire position!
Position: Light Manufacturing Technician
Pay: $23-$27
Hours: 8am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday.
Positions Overview:
This position will operate various items of machinery, learn several processes, and use various other small hand tools to assemble our product. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude.
Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assembly (Mechanical and Electrical a plus)

  • Read and understand work orders.

  • Pack products for shipping

  • Pick items from inventory.

  • Labeling and packaging correctly.

  • Put received items into inventory in appropriate locations.

  • Count inventory per management request.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Effective communication

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Mechanically inclined

  • Able to lift 50lbs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
